2. The issue must be something that would typically be addressed by pressure washing or soft washing, as defined in our Service Agreement.
3. This Service Guarantee only applies if a Service Agreement was completed prior to the contracted service being carried out.
4. Customer must give Clean Freaks an opportunity to address the issue, and that opportunity must result in an unsuccessful outcome, for a refund to be made under the Service Guarantee
